FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION

IDEA
The idea was to develop the most cost-effective and the high-end structure for easy to build modern, mobile and modular house.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Through extensive research into building materials, various design options, and assembly methods, we have ensured that the resulting MOOH structures are both easy to build and of the highest quality,
PROTOTYPE TESTING
Every MOOH structure undergoes rigorous design and testing to ensure that it is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to build, while also meeting all safety requirements.
MANUFACTURING
Upon the finalization of the designs, the MOOH structures are manufactured in Slovakia utilizing a highly efficient production line with a 1mm accuracy, ensuring that each component fits together perfectly for a seamless result.
ASSEMBLING & PRE-ASSEMBLING
For mobile homes, we fully assemble the MOOH structure onto a certified Dutch-made trailer. The bottom of the trailer is covered with a metal sheet, creating a semi-finished product that is ready for customization by the customer. For small modular homes, we pre-assemble the frames into larger units, enabling quick assembly on-site or in a factory.
DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
MOOH tiny houses are built on a trailer with registered license plates (temporary), making them easily towable with a car throughout Europe. The small modular houses are comprised of pre-assembled units that can be conveniently loaded onto a small truck or shipped in a container if destined for locations outside of Europe. The pre-assembled kits for several houses are light and compact, allowing for multiple kits to be shipped in a single container.
