At BAUGRUP, we offer two main products: tinyhouses on-wheels and small modular houses. Both products are available for transportation in different ways. Tinyhouses on-wheels are semi-finished products consisting of a trailer and assembled galvanized light gauge steel frame skeleton structure, which can be towed from our production facility near Nitra, Slovakia. For small modular houses, we pre-assemble the frames into larger units that are packed and transported by a small truck, trailer, or container (for deliveries outside of Europe). Both options can be customized with additional building materials such as plywood, kitchen cabinets, aluminum windows and doors, etc.

Our BAUCORE® system is backed by a comprehensive 50-year warranty, ensuring the longevity and reliability of our structures. As the official distributor of Vlemmix trailers, we also offer a 2-year warranty on these products.

With the use of our comprehensive and user-friendly plans, a team of 3-4 individuals can easily assemble the structure of a MOOH Chalet (1 storey) in just one day and a MOOH Chalet (2 storeys) in two days. Our support includes professional documentation as well as video manuals that are simple to follow. No special skills or heavy equipment are required for the assembly process, and all pre-assembled units can be easily handled by hand. The only tools necessary are screwdrivers. The MOOH® structure is a semi-finished product that can be completed in accordance with our plans or customised to meet your specific requirements. Upon completion, it is designed to meet the A0 energy standards or Passive House standards, offering efficient and sustainable living solutions. The profiles are 100mm wide and ready to accommodate 100mm thick insulation material, such as rockwool.
